Ode to Joy Blues

Opening with the full melody played entirely by solo baritone sax, this arrangement for SATB saxophone quartet follows with a very standard harmonization and voicing of Beethoven's most famous melody before moving to a swing feel.  Much of the varying jazz styles are explicitly written, including solos, but chord changes are offered to players who prefer a more improvisational approach.
